Portland Sky Gelding Impresses at the Trials

Our 3YO Portland Sky gelding continued to impress at the trials this morning, producing another eye-catching performance and further strengthening our belief that he has plenty of ability. Following an impressive gallop ahead of his first trial, he trialled well on debut and took another step forward this morning.

From a wide barrier, he was required to work early to find the lead before controlling the trial and comfortably holding off his rivals under minimal encouragement from his rider. It was a professional performance and one that suggests he has the natural ability to make his mark at the races.

We now look forward to getting him named and preparing him for his first race start.
